At present, their application in China is very limited, and many people still lack of understanding. In the recently issued opinions of the Ministry of construction on promoting the implementation of heating measurement issued by the Ministry of construction, the thermostatic valve of radiator, climate compensation, hydraulic balance and other regulating devices are clearly required to be installed and utilized in the heating system and buildings.
Radiator thermostatic valve: keep room temperature constant
Radiator thermostatic valve is a valve installed at the front end of radiator, which is composed of two parts: temperature bag and valve body. The temperature bag is a temperature control element, which contains a temperature sensing medium. When the indoor temperature rises, the medium expands, pushing the valve rod to reduce the opening, so as to reduce the hot water supply of the radiator; when the room temperature drops, the medium shrinks, the valve increases the opening, and the hot water supply of the radiator increases, so as to keep the room temperature constant, which can not only improve the indoor comfort, but also save energy. Users can also set the temperature according to their own needs, and the thermostatic valve will automatically control and adjust the hot water supply of the radiator according to the set requirements, so as to keep the room temperature constant at the level set by users. A large number of practices in Europe show that the use of thermostatic valve can save energy by 30% on average.
Huang Wei, Secretary General of the National Technical Committee for standardization of HVAC and purification equipment, told reporters that the first industry standard for radiator thermostatic valve in China has completed the approval process and will soon be published and implemented, which is expected to standardize and promote the thermostatic valve production industry in China.
Climate compensator: dynamic regulation of heat source output
Different from the thermostatic valve installed on each radiator, the climate compensator is installed in the boiler room or heat exchange station. It can make the output of the heat source dynamically adjust according to the change of the outdoor temperature and the return water temperature of the heating system, so as to realize heating according to the demand. In the city, because of the urban heat island effect, the outdoor temperature is often higher than the weather forecast temperature. If the heat source output cannot be adjusted according to the indoor and outdoor temperature conditions in real time, it will inevitably lead to waste of heat energy. According to this point, the climate compensator can control the outlet water temperature at any time according to the return water temperature and outdoor temperature, and realize the dynamic regulation simply and accurately; most importantly, it can set the room temperature in different time periods according to the needs of users. For example, for the office building, the room temperature is 18 ℃ from 8:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Friday, and only the antifreeze temperature is 6 ℃ in other time periods. The climate compensator will automatically adjust the heating output level according to the room temperature setting value and outdoor temperature to realize the temperature regulation.
